We offer a wide range of protecting hoses made of glass braid, with a variety of coatings and impregnations. It starts with the simple glass fibre, untreated, which is suitable for high temperatures and can easily do its job up to +500°C. These are typically used in areas with very high ambient temperatures, in the vicinity of engine parts, in furnaces, as seals, as thermal insulation or as electrical insulation of thermal sensors and heating elements. These braided sleeving can be manufactured according to customer specifications (minimum quantities required). As a rule, we have medium quantities of certain standard diameters in stock. Upcoming new productions will be completed within 2-3 weeks. Coloured identification threads can be woven in as an option.
For higher temperature requirements, basalt can be used instead of glass for manufacturing, reliable up to 800°C. For even higher requirements, HighTemp glass resistant upt to 1100°C can be used.
